You already know that I started doing Body for Life in January. It's been a really good experience for me and I've lost 35 pounds and gained a lot of strength & tone, not to mention confidence. This really has been the summer when I face my fears and do stuff I've never done.
Monday I continued along that vein by ending a 100 Pushup Challenge that I heard about from my "little friends" (Belle's name for my Bodyforlife-tracker. com buddies). Over 7 weeks I worked 3 days a week on pushups. I started with 30 in a row on my 1st try. Last Friday I did 272 pushups spread out in 9 sets, the last one being 70 consecutive. Here's my "final exam" on Monday - to do 100 Push-ups.
